We want you to feel confident when shopping with Easy Peasy. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

You have the right to return your item within 14 days of receiving your order, in line with UK consumer regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

· The item must be unused and in its original condition

· All original packaging must be included

· Proof of purchase is required

Our team will provide return instructions

Please do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item:

· Your refund will be processed within 5–7 working days

· Refunds are issued to your original payment method

· You will receive email confirmation once processed

· If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover return shipping.

· If you change your mind, return shipping costs may apply.

If installation has already been completed:

· Installation service fees are non-refundable once the service has been carried out.

· If there is an issue with installation, please contact us and we will resolve it promptly.

If your order arrives damaged:

· Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

· Include photos of the damage

· We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible
